Campaign Types & Channels Every conversation your AI bot handles through a campaign lives inside a campaign . Think of a campaign as a project: it defines which channels the bot listens on, how it behaves, and what its goal is. The type of campaign you choose determines whether the bot responds to people who message you, reaches out to people on your list, or both. Every campaign's bot is also available as a reusable AI Agent , and any campaign that sends messages also appears on the Broadcasts page — both stay in sync with the campaign automatically, so nothing below changes because of that. The Campaigns Page How to get there: In the main menu down the left side of the screen, under Engage , click Campaigns . (On a phone the menu is hidden — tap the menu icon ☰ in the top corner first, then tap Campaigns .) At the top of the page, five stat cards summarize your account: Total , Active , Paused , Drafts , and Replies (replies received this month across all campaigns). Click a campaign's name to open its overview — stats across the top, bot instructions in the middle, and details, knowledge, and AI abilities summarized on the right.
