From August 2, 2026, EU transparency rules require chats to disclose when someone is talking to an AI. A new Tell contacts they're chatting with AI toggle in the campaign editor's AI Abilities step (and on your Agent's abilities tab) handles it for you: the very first AI reply a contact ever receives naturally works in a brief mention that it's an AI assistant, and every reply after that — including follow-ups and later campaigns — is completely unchanged. New campaigns and agents have it on by default; existing campaigns are left exactly as you configured them, so flip it on per campaign whenever you're ready. If your audience isn't covered by these rules you can turn it off. See AI Bot Setup . Champ can now put you through to a real person. When Champ can't answer something — a charge that looks wrong, something broken on your account, or a question he simply doesn't have an answer for — he hands the conversation to our team without you leaving the chat. You can ask for it directly too ("can I talk to a person?"). Their replies land in the same panel, labelled Relaytiv team so you can tell them apart from Champ, and Champ steps back while a person is on
