Formitable Who is this for? This integration is for restaurants that use Formitable to manage their reservations. If you don't use Formitable, you can skip this page. Formitable is a popular restaurant management system used across Europe for handling reservations, guest management, and front-of-house operations. Connecting Formitable to Relaytiv lets your restaurant automate customer engagement around bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups — all through messaging channels like WhatsApp, SMS, and Instagram. What Formitable Does Formitable provides restaurants with tools for: Online reservation management Table planning and availability Guest profiles and visit history Pre-order and deposit handling Review collection By connecting Formitable to Relaytiv, you add AI-powered messaging on top of your reservation system — automatically confirming bookings, sending reminders, handling inquiries about your menu or availability, and re-engaging past guests. All of this happens through WhatsApp, SMS, or Instagram — the channels your guests already use. Checking Your Connection Status In the left sidebar, click Settings (gear icon). In the Settings sidebar, under the Integrations group, click Booking & Calendar . Formitable appears as a card in the Available section, showing whether it's currently connected.
