Download Your Data You can ask for a full copy of your data at any time. This is sometimes called a data export , and it's your right under data-protection rules like the GDPR — the idea is simple: your data is yours, and you should always be able to get a copy of it. You might want a copy as a personal backup, to move your information to another tool, or just to have your own records. Whatever the reason, you can request it yourself in a few clicks. How to Request Your Data How to get there: Settings → Advanced group → Data Export . Open Settings (gear icon in the left sidebar). In the Settings menu, click Data Export under the Advanced group. Tick the categories you want to include (see the list below), or click Select all . Every category is ticked by default — untick anything you don't want, or use Clear all to start from nothing. Click Request export . Once requested, this confirmation banner replaces the button — close the page any time, the export keeps preparing in the background. That's it — you don't have to wait around. Your export is put together in the background, and we'll email you when it's ready. Only the account owner can request an export. If you're working inside someone else's account in team mode, this request isn't available to you there.
