The guided onboarding wizard handles most of the heavy lifting for you, so you can be up and running in minutes. Quick-Start Checklist 1. Create Your Account Go to your sign-up page. Enter your first and last name, email address, and a password (6+ characters), then continue to the optional business-details step. Submit the form to create your account — you're taken straight into the guided onboarding wizard, no email verification step required. Step 1 of sign-up — name, email, and password. Business details are optional and come next. 2. Complete the Guided Onboarding Wizard When you log in for the first time, the guided onboarding wizard launches automatically. This is the recommended way to get started — it walks you through everything in one smooth flow: Say how conversations usually start — whether your customers message you first, or you're reaching out to them — so the wizard only shows you the setup steps that make sense for your business. Pick your industry and the #1 thing your AI agent should do so the platform can tailor your setup. Choose how bookings work , if you take appointments — no booking, an external booking link, or full AI-powered booking with your real calendar.
