Email Branding By default, transactional emails from the platform (account invites, password resets, appointment confirmations, notifications, and more) are sent from a managed system address, using your account's branding. If you're running an agency, White Labeling lets you brand those emails to match the rest of your customer-facing experience. What You Can Customize Today How to get there: Settings → Advanced group → White Labeling , then scroll to the Email card. This section only appears on plans with white labeling (Agency tier). Emails automatically pick up the logo and primary color you've already set on the White Labeling page — the email footer is the one email-specific piece you configure separately: Footer tagline — a short line of text shown at the bottom of every platform email (for example, your agency's slogan or a one-line description). Footer links — up to 4 labeled links (label + URL) shown alongside the tagline, useful for things like your support page, terms, or a booking link. The Email branding card, further down the White Labeling page — logo and color come from the settings above it, this card only covers the footer. Shown here with a tagline and one footer link filled in. Fill these in and click Save . Every transactional email your account or your sub-accounts trigger picks up the change automatically — no per-recipient setup. Sending From Your Own Domain Routing the underlying email delivery itself through your own provider — so messages are sent
