Error Log The Error log is one time-ordered list of everything on your account that did not work: a message that could not be delivered, an AI reply that never went out, a channel that lost its connection, an import that failed halfway. Every entry carries a short code , an explanation in plain words, and what to do about it — so when something looks wrong you can see the reason yourself and fix it, instead of writing to support and waiting for an answer. It's also the quickest way to tell a real problem apart from something that behaved exactly as it should (a contact who opted out, a reply window that closed). Where to Find It In the main menu down the left side of the screen, at the very bottom, click Error log — it sits just above Help . (On a phone, tap the menu icon ☰ first, then Error log .)
