Whether you have a support agent who only needs access to chats or a marketing manager who runs campaigns, you can set the right level of access for each person. Accessing Team Management How to get there: Settings → Workspace group → Team . Open Settings near the bottom of the left sidebar, then click Team in the Settings menu. On a phone, tap the menu icon ( ☰ ) first. Invite teammates, see everyone with access, and turn on auto-assign for new contacts. The Team section shows your current member list (with the account owner always pinned to the top) and, once you have any pending invitations, a separate Invites list below it. How It Works Team management lets you: Invite people to join your account via email Assign roles (Admin, Editor, or Viewer) to set a baseline level of access — the only permission control currently editable from this page Suspend or remove team members at any time Switch between accounts using token-based account switching, then switch back to your own Each team member logs in with their own account. When they switch into your account, they see your dashboard, campaigns, contacts, and chats — but only the parts you've given them access to.
