Why We Built Relaytiv

We observed a consistent pattern across the markets we work in — India, the Middle East, and beyond: businesses that use WhatsApp and Instagram as their primary sales channels were losing warm leads simply because they couldn't reply fast enough. A potential customer sends a WhatsApp message asking about a consultation on a Saturday evening. Nobody replies until Monday morning. The lead has moved on.

The solutions available were either too complex — enterprise chatbot platforms requiring developers and weeks of setup — or too basic: scripted decision trees that break the moment a customer goes off-script. We built Relaytiv to be neither. A self-serve, no-code AI front desk that businesses can deploy in hours and that handles real conversations intelligently, without requiring any technical resources or pre-built flows.

Our Mission

Make every business as responsive as a Fortune 500 sales team, regardless of size or timezone. A solo physiotherapist in Pune should be able to reply to a patient enquiry at 2am as effectively as a 50-person clinic with a dedicated call centre. Relaytiv makes that possible without hiring more staff.
