How Credits Work
Credits pay for AI processing — the cost of generating an AI reply. A standard AI reply uses under 0.5 credits. Credits are not a charge for message delivery. WhatsApp messaging fees are billed separately by Meta as a channel operator fee, regardless of which platform you use for WhatsApp.
You can set a per-conversation credit limit to cap spend on any individual conversation. If your monthly credits run out, AI replies pause and your team can still respond manually from the shared inbox. Top-up packs are available at any time: 100 credits ($14), 500 credits ($60), or 1,000 credits ($110). Credits do not expire while your subscription is active.

- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. All new subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. A $1/₹1 card hold is taken at registration (refunded); the first full charge occurs after 7 days. Cancel before then and you won't be charged.
- Can I change plans?
- Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from the billing portal with no penalty.
- Are WhatsApp messaging fees included?
- No. WhatsApp conversation fees are charged separately by Meta. Relaytiv's plan price covers AI processing only. Your exact WhatsApp fees depend on your country and message volume per Meta's published rates.
- What currency can I pay in?
- Relaytiv accepts USD for international customers and INR for customers in India. The Launch plan is $29/month in USD or ₹2,499/month in INR.
- Are there setup fees or long-term contracts?
- No setup fees. No minimum contract length. All plans are billed month-to-month.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- Your data remains available for export for 30 days after cancellation, then is permanently deleted per our retention policy.
