Your Dashboard The Dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in on a computer. On a phone the app opens on your chats instead — tap Dashboard in the menu ( ☰ ) to get here. It gives you a snapshot of how your messaging is performing over your chosen time range — how many messages you sent, how many were read, how many people replied, what it cost you, and what still needs a human — all in one place. Choosing a time range and agent. The controls in the top-right corner scope the whole page: a time range picker — 7d , 30d , 90d , 6m , or Custom… for any range you pick; and, beside it, an All agents dropdown ( All campaigns on accounts that still run classic campaigns) that narrows the activity panels down to one agent or campaign instead of your whole account. Everything below recalculates for whatever you pick here. Filtering by tag. Next to the time range sits an All tags button. Pick one or more of your contact tags there and every number on the page — the KPI cards, the Performance Over Time chart, the funnel, Channel Health, AI vs human, Contacts by country, the activity feed — narrows to contacts that carry any of the tags you picked (a contact with just one of them counts). It is the same "match any" rule the Contacts page filter uses, so the two pages agree on who is in. To require every picked tag instead — say, contacts tagged both VIP and Expo 2026 — switch Match at the bottom of the menu from Any to All ; the subtitle then reads "contacts with all 2 selected
