Relaytiv Documentation
Integration guides, API reference, and platform tutorials to help you get the most from Relaytiv. All technical documentation is hosted at docs.relaytiv.com.
Getting Started
Connect your first channel and launch your AI front desk. The getting-started guide walks you through connecting WhatsApp (Business API or WA Web), Instagram, Messenger, or web chat — and configuring your AI with your business information and qualification criteria. Most businesses are live within a few hours of signing up, with no developer resources required.
AI Configuration
Train your AI with your products, services, pricing, and qualification criteria in plain language. Configure response tone, language preferences, escalation triggers, credit limits per conversation, and content guardrails. The AI configuration guide covers every setting with examples and best-practice recommendations for common verticals.
API Reference
The Relaytiv REST API is available on Scale and Custom plans. It lets you read and write conversation data, manage contacts, trigger AI workflows, and subscribe to webhook events. Base URL: https://api.relaytiv.com/v1. Authentication via Bearer token in the Authorization header. Full reference with endpoint documentation, request and response schemas, and code samples at docs.relaytiv.com.
Campaigns and Follow-Ups
Set up broadcast campaigns to opted-in contacts and automated follow-up sequences. The campaign guide covers scheduling, personalisation tokens, opt-out handling, and WhatsApp template compliance requirements. Campaigns can be triggered by time, conversation state, or external webhook events.
Integrations
Connect Relaytiv to your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or any custom system), calendar, or appointment tool via REST API or webhooks. Custom AI functions let your AI call external endpoints mid-conversation to fetch live data — inventory levels, appointment slots, order status — and use that data in its reply.
Team and Permissions
Manage agents, roles, and conversation assignment rules. Set up team-based routing so inbound conversations go to the right group based on channel, keyword, or AI qualification outcome. The team management guide covers role definitions, invitation flow, and audit logging.
Developer Resources
Webhook payload schemas, signing and verification instructions, SDK notes, and code samples for common integration patterns. If you are building a custom integration and need technical support, email hello@vitiv.ai with subject "Developer Support".
