Meet Champ, Your In-App Helper Champ is the small floating mascot in the corner of the new dashboard. He's Relaytiv's built-in helper: click him any time to ask a question about the product, and he answers right there — no need to leave the page or open the help center. Asking Champ a question Click Champ (or his speech bubble) to open his chat panel, type your question, and he replies in a few seconds. He knows the product well — how features work, where to find things, what something costs in credits — and he answers in whatever language you write to him, so feel free to ask in your own words and your own language. Asking Champ is free. It never uses your AI credits. A few things he's good at: "Where do I…?" questions — he knows the app's layout and points you to the right page. "How does … work?" questions — campaigns, broadcasts, channels, credits, appointments, and everything in between. Quick tips — as you visit a section of the app for the first time, he may chip in with a short pointer about what the page is for. He only does this once per section, and he keeps it brief. When Champ can't help — getting a real person Champ knows the product, but he doesn't know everything, and some things need a human: a charge that looks wrong, something broken on your account, or an answer he simply doesn't have. When that happens he hands the conversation to our team, right in the same chat. He'll tell you he's passed it on, and someone picks it up from there. You don't need to send
