Guided Onboarding When you log in for the first time, a full-screen guided onboarding wizard walks you through everything you need to launch your first AI agent and campaign. The wizard adapts to your business — it has up to 13 steps , but only shows the ones that are relevant to you based on how you answer along the way. You won't be doing it alone: Champ , the little mascot in the corner, introduces himself when you arrive and explains each step as you reach it — out loud, if you like (there's a mute button in his chat panel). How the Wizard Works The wizard takes you through one screen at a time, with a step indicator at the top showing your progress. Steps adapt to your choices. Whether you see the booking steps, the calendar steps, or the contact-import step depends entirely on what you pick earlier in the flow — see the conditional steps below. You can go back. Use the back button to return to any previous step and change your answers. Your progress is saved. If you close the wizard and come back later, it offers to resume exactly where you left off — or you can start fresh. Completing steps earns bonus credits. Connecting a channel, connecting Google Calendar, and a few other milestone steps quietly add bonus credits to your account balance as you complete them, on top of whatever your plan already includes.
